BARRY BALDWIN, President, CGB
Barry is on-site and involved. He values the relationships he builds with his
clients, so he makes the initial contact with them and discusses the design
process in detail. Once the clients’ construction begins, Barry oversees the
project build to ensure quality and effective communication. Because he
insists on an excellent level of service, he visits the worksite regularly and
stays in touch with his clients, ready to answer questions or assist with
decisions. He is Waterford Construction.
Barry is a Certified Graduate Builder and a member of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
PHIL SCHULER, Project Manager
Phil oversees Waterford’s field operations. Enthusiastic and tenacious, he
is an effective project manager in what are often difficult and trying
situations. He maintains exceptional relationships with both subcontractors
and clients, and strives to ensure that clients’ high expectations are met.
Phil is instrumental in managing the budget and build schedule, so he
stays in regular contact with clients and regulates on-site construction.
JANETTE HOLMES, Office Manager
Janette runs the office at Waterford Construction. She is an integral part of
the build process since she coordinates project bids and facilitates client
communication. Janette's rapport with Waterford’s clients contributes to the
fluid process they value, making her indispensable. She guarantees
accurate invoicing, tracking purchase orders and communicating frequently
with vendors. Janette oversees accounts receivable and other administrative duties, all the while being the friendly voice on the other end of the phone.
